- Reasons for return or exchange:
- Manufacturing Defects (Excluding product(s) marked as display set items or clearance product)
- Wrong item
- Wrong size
- Must have proof of purchase (Sales Order Number or Invoice Number and Customer Name)
- Due to hygiene purposes, strictly no comfort exchanges for all mattresses and mattress protectors.
- Pillows can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels. Product must also be stain-free and have no signs of usage.
- For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
- For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, customers are required to top-up the difference.
- Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia from authorized channels can be exchanged or returned.
- Simmons reserves the right for final decision on all returns or exchanges.
- Simmons reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
- Returned products will be subjected to QC checks and exchanges will only be processed for items that pass the QC checks.
- Kindly arrange for return-shipping of the item to the following address, at your own expense.
