Return Policy

  1. Reasons for return or exchange:
    1. Manufacturing Defects (Excluding product(s) marked as display set items or clearance product)
    2. Wrong item
    3. Wrong size
  2. Must have proof of purchase (Sales Order Number or Invoice Number and Customer Name)
  3. Due to hygiene purposes, strictly no comfort exchanges for all mattresses and mattress protectors.
  4. Pillows can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels. Product must also be stain-free and have no signs of usage.
  5. For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.
  6. For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, customers are required to top-up the difference.
  7. Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia from authorized channels can be exchanged or returned.
  8. Simmons reserves the right for final decision on all returns or exchanges.
  9. Simmons reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
  10. Returned products will be subjected to QC checks and exchanges will only be processed for items that pass the QC checks.
